Fanfic Links

All the places I go again and again on the 'net for the best fanfic around. Some of the links are to archives, some to personal pages, but it's all to really great stuff that none of the writers are getting paid for. Send them comments, they'd love to know you liked it. For the Horsechicks: yeah, sure, their links are on the RTDS web-ring --- but this is a faster way to get there.

Perriverse Publications
Perri's unique take on even more fandoms than *I'm* into.

Lizbet's Page O' Insanity
Lizbet's romantic side comes out a lot, but so does her humor--- this is the woman I co-wrote "Real Friends Help You Move Bodies" with!

Dianne la Mercenaire's Vanity Fanfic Page
Dee! She-Whose-Stuff-I-Will-Always-Read! Funny, dark, sweet, angsty, and she loves Diefenbaker as much as I do.

Wiliqueen's Woods
Val is one of my first fave writers in FK fandom, and she's also the Pirate Wench page caretaker. She Who Plays With Swords!

Cagey's Fanfic Dustbin
Wonderfully lyrical stuff from Stargate to Forever Knight to X-Files! And Cagey updates a lot, too, so check it often.

The Fake Book
A.C. Chapin writes in several different fandoms; there's dark stuff, some humor, and drabbles galore. Plus the only really good She-Wolf of London fics I've found anywhere.

Roxanne Longstreet Conrad's World of Writing Madness
A pro writer who knows you don't stop doing what you love just 'cause you're getting paid for other stuff, too. One of the best Pretender and Prey writers around, who's also written some terrific Methos stories for Highlander, wonderful Buffy, and the kind of X-Files stuff that sticks in your brain a long time. And check out her free original short stories, they're a treat!

Vanessa's Homepage and Fanfiction
Vanessa's gotta have the most relationshippy archive on the 'net, in Pretender, SG-1, and X-Files. Well, she did found the Sam&Jack archive, so what would you expect?

Susan's Bookshelf
Susan Garrett is the best writer in Forever Knight fanfiction. This page links to both SMG's fanfiction archive, and to other sources of her professionally published work.

Fan Fiction Archives

SunS Buffy the Vampire Slayer Archive and the Angel Annex Fanfic Archive
The fiction list archives for the Sunnydale Slayers, a buncha ladies who are among the best writers and on-line friends I've got. Practically every story they've written is great, and the episode reviews for these shows are funny enough to count as performance art.

The Tourist's Guide to the Uncharted Territories
Perri's and my little foray into the insanity that is Farscape, including ep reviews, a fiction archive, a gift shop, planned tours, and our take on the characters and villains. Please, stop by and plan a trip with us to the edge!

The Profiler Fanfic Archive
A difficult series with devoted fans; one of the instances where I like the fan fiction better than the show.

Heliopolis: the Stargate SG-1 Fanfic Archive
The center of most Stargate SG-1 fiction comes with a great search engine and links to many more SG-1 pages.

Statistical Outliers
Perri's Samantha & Daniel fanfic archive for Stargate SG-1, with wonderful friendship stories as well as romantic stuff.

Alternate Universe Today Fanfic Archive
Babylon 5's main fanfic archive, with links to J. Michael Straczynski notes, ep guides, and the ever-wonderful Lurker's Guide.

Mark of X-cellence: Award Winning X-Files Fan Fiction
Man, there's a lot of it out there. X-Files generates more fanfic than any three other fandoms put together. But these stories are the ones voted best of the best *by* the fans, so it's a good place to get your feet under you if you want to start looking for great stories.

In Our Humble Opinion: X-Files Recommended Fanfic Archive
Lisby, Marlene, Iwonder and LoneGunGuy's take on the best in X-Files fanfic, with great graphics and fiction to suit any taste.
